LA Mission Falls to Cerritos in Pitching Duel, 3-0
March 08, 2025Cerritos, CA – The LA Mission College softball team battled hard against a tough Cerritos squad but came up short in a 3-0 loss on Saturday at Nancy Kelly Field. Head Coach Chris Hylland saw his team put together a strong defensive effort, but the Eagles couldn’t generate enough offense to break through against Cerritos ace Tatyana Cortez, who tossed a complete-game shutout.
