Aldo Martinez

Education:

  • Currently working towards his Bachelor’s Degree at California State University, Northridge - Kinesiology : Exercise Science
  • Expected to graduate by Spring 2019

Professional experience:

  • Began interning with the Strength and Conditioning Program at Los Angeles Mission College in Fall 2018

Goal:

  • To obtain NSCA certification in Strength and Conditioning
  • Be an example and promote the importance of fitness, physically and mentally

Personal:

  • Enjoys working out and staying active
  • Big on family and friends
  • Loves to help others improve themselves

 

Rebecca Rodriguez

Education:

  • Los Angeles Mission College (2018) - Associate of Arts Degree for Transfer in Kinesiology, Health Science, Natural Sciences, Social and Behavioral Sciences
  • Currently working toward Bachelor’s Degree at California State University, Northridge, in Kinesiology with emphasis in Exercise Science
  • Expected to graduate by Spring 2020
  • Will then work for Master’s Degree at California State University, Northridge, in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics

Professional experience:

  • Health, Fitness and Athletic Complex Recreational Assistant (Sylmar, California)

Personal Awards/Achievement:

  • American Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid

Goals:

  • To become a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S).
  • Be able to be the best version as a strength and conditioning coach.
  • Be able to run my own personal fitness facility.
  • Become a NSCA certified personal trainer.

Personal:

  • In love with weight training or anything fitness-related
  • Loves learning new training techniques such as powerlifting
  • Loves to network and go on adventures
  • Favorite foods are Thai food and Mediterranean food
  • Loves coffee.
