In a thrilling game between West L.A. and L.A. Mission, L.A. Mission came out on top with a final score of 11-8. The game was neck and neck until the fourth inning when L.A. Mission pulled ahead with three runs, courtesy of D. Ramirez, B. Rusen, and M. Tabanera. West L.A. battled back in the fifth inning, with E. Diaz hitting a grand slam to give them a 5-4 lead. However, L.A. Mission answered back in the fifth inning with a two-run homer by J. Nunez to regain the lead. In the seventh inning, L.A. Mission scored two more runs, thanks to J. Nunez and D. Ramirez. They extended their lead in the eighth inning with three more runs, including a double by T. Marty. West L.A. tried to mount a comeback in the ninth inning, scoring two runs, but it wasn't enough as L.A. Mission held on for the win.
