LAMC Men's Soccer Eagles continue their impressive run with a preseason record of 2-0-3. Last week saw the Eagles drawing 2-2 in away matches against both Cuyamaca College and LA City College.

Freshman Midfielder #17 Henry Lopez stood out, driving the team's offense with exceptional energy and speed. The young talent from Robert Fulton College Preparatory School, CA, assisted in a goal during the standoff against Cuyamaca College on September 12th. Lopez continued to shine, recording another assist against LA City College on September 15th, bringing his season tally to three assists.

On the defensive front, Sophomore #26 Maika Apana Bates, a product of Birmingham Community Charter High School, played a pivotal role. His commanding presence and physicality were instrumental in ensuring the Eagles' undefeated streak on their away fixtures.

Currently ranked 13th in the State, the Eagles are gearing up for exciting home matches this week:

• Tuesday, 9/19: Hosting Long Beach City College with a 6 p.m. kick-off.
• Friday, 9/22: Welcoming Golden West College. Kick-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
