The Eagles will play their first home game of the season in the HFAC, Wednesday, September 6 at 6 p.m.

L.A. Mission is currently 3-1 in preseason play and they will face off against Santiago Canyon College who is 2-1.

So far the Eagles have wins against Imperial Valley, LA Trade-Tech and San Bernardino Valley College and one 5 set loss to San Diego Mesa.

The team has had to make some position changes over the past few weeks after setter, Aurea Baltazar, suffered a moderate knee injury.

Noemi Campos who was a part of the original two setter lineup, has taken over the spot full time and is doing well. 

While LAMC is not an exceptionally dominant team offensively, they have relied on impressive serving and defense to win games.

Their first Conference match will be at home on September 20 against Glendale Community College.
