I was a member of my high school Varsity baseball team for four years and played at two different schools in two different states. My freshman and sophomore years, I played at Eldorado High School in Las Vegas, Nevada. For my junior and senior years, I transferred to San Fernando High School and won the Div. I State Conference the first year I competed with them at Dodger Stadium. The differences in the programs and the dramatic change from state to state has helped me develop a lion’s mentality in life, whether it is for my athletics or for my academics. I am a right-handed pitcher who has developed a change-up, curveball, cutter, and two-seam fastball. I get the most inspiration from the coaches who are tougher on their athletes. Without the coaches that I have come across, I would not be the hard-working young man that I am today.
