Tresha San-Martin is the Los Angeles Mission College Head Athletic Trainer.  A graduate of Cal State Northridge, Tresha earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training.  After graduation, she received her NATABOC certification and began her professional career as a part-time, on-call certified athletic trainer at Mt. San Antonio College (Walnut, CA). 

Early in her career, Tresha got an opportunity to volunteer as an athletic trainer for the 1994 FIFA World Cup hosted by the USA.  She worked with the Columbian team, Romanian team, and the World Cup champion Brazilian team at the Cal State University, Fullerton and Rose Bowl venues.  Since then, she has gained athletic training experience working at various community colleges and physical therapy clinics in the Greater Los Angeles area. 

Tresha earned her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from Azusa Pacific University in 2004 and shortly afterwards became a member of the Los Angeles Mission College Kinesiology and Athletics department.  She is currently an Adjunct Instructor and the sole Certified Athletic Trainer responsible for all coverage and care for the Eagles student-athletes. 

Tresha is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, the Far West Athletic Trainers' Association, the California Athletic Trainers' Association and the California Community College Athletic Trainers' Association. She is certified by the American Red Cross in First Aid and CPR/AED professional rescue and a certified athletic trainer with the NATABOC.
